Progressive Honing
We step through finer diamond grits — 50, 100, 200 — to refine the surface and eliminate scratches from the previous pass.
Densifier Application
A lithium silicate densifier is applied to chemically harden the concrete, increase abrasion resistance, and prepare the surface for final polishing.
Final Polish & Guard
Resin-bond diamonds bring the floor to the desired sheen level. A penetrating guard sealer is applied for stain protection and easy maintenance.
